You are looking at A 7 x 36 Gooseneck BBQ Trailer with Full Kitchen & Ole Hickory Pit Model EL! This one truly has it all! This is one of the few all metal constructed bbq trailers for the bbq enthusiast. This is a brand new 2013 7 x 36 Custom Built Rig! It has an 11 Ft. Deck to accommodate the large Ole Hickory Model EL Pit. This pit has 45 Sq. Ft. of cooking surface and 15 Revolving Racks measuring 12" x 36" . This one has it all a thermostat that you control, 65,000 BTU Burner and is powered by LP Gas and of course what you decide to put in the large firebox....my preference is "Hickory". The trailer also includes a 17' Kitchen....includes in the kitchen is a full size 40 Cu. Ft. Coldtech Refrigerator / Freezer Combination....it is a huge 4 door unit. A 5 ft. Ventilation Hood is included with a grease extraction fan on top! Of course under the hood you a 4 burner Range / Oven Commercial Combo that is powered by LP Gas and a 24" Chargrill that is also powered by LP Gas. You also have a generous amount of Stainless Steel Prep Space with Undershelf. A 210# per day Ice maker is also included....you will need lots of ice for all the drinks that you will be selling! Why buy ice....when you can make it in your own commercial Ice Maker! You will also need to keep your beans, chili, hotdogs, etc warm so we have included a 3 bay wet steam table to keep your items nice and piping hot!
